How to I enter in my code to get started with my project?

How long does the project last?

Each project lasts 5 weeks in length.

When can I start?

When you purchase your Project, you’ll receive a code via email. As soon as you’re ready to start, all you have to do is enter your code and the project will start the following Monday!

How do I sign up?

Go to Buy Program.  Purchase the project and wait for your mason jar to arrive in the mail.  Once received, activate your project via your email code and it’ll begin the following Monday.

Will I get a new mason jar with each project I purchase?

You’ll have the option when checking out to receive the jar or not.  Whether or not you purchase, the project includes everything you need to participate.

Is the Mason Jar Project for an individual or team/corporation?

BOTH! If you’re someone who is seeking change at a pace that works for you, then sign up as an Individual and join our community! If you’re a corporation looking for a wellness program for your team, reach out to us on how we can best serve your employees.

What are the benefits of providing this as a wellness program for my team/company?

In our opinion, there’s no better way to create a culture of health in your office than through the individuals who make up your team.  Wellness programs up to this point focus on movement and competition, which we know isn’t everyone’s cup of tea. TMJP was created so that individuals can work on their personal growth to make small changes in their lives, which will spill over into the workplace and at home.

How does the online TMJP community work?

While this is a do-it-yourself type of program, our online Facebook community is a great way to share your experiences and connect with others.  You can ask questions, share any A-HA moments, and make new friends in the process!

Will you be creating new projects?

Yes! Each Quarter you’ll find a new project added to your offerings. Looking for something specific for you or your company?  Let us know and we will put it on the list to be created.

Payment & Shipping Information

Are there discounts for purchasing multiple projects?

Yes. When you purchase multiple programs at the same time, you’ll get discounted prices for each at checkout.

What payment methods are accepted?

All major credit cards are accepted including Visa, MasterCard, and Discover

What shipping methods are available?

Your Mason Jar will be shipped via USPS and is included in the price of your purchase.

How long will it take to get my package?

Typically it will take 1-3 days to process your order and 2-4 days to ship.  On average it takes about 7-10 business days to receive your Mason Jar.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, no. At this time we don’t ship outside of the US.  If you are interested in this service, please contact us.

Orders and Returns

How can I cancel or change my order?

If your order has already been processed, please contact our Customer Service Department at 720-352-2548.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can receive a full refund minus $5 for the cost of shipping.  If you did not receive a Jar, you will receive a full refund.
