Eating well is the foundation for looking, feeling, and performing your absolute best. In the Nourish project, you’ll focus on learning how to eat to thrive. You’ll learn simple cooking and meal prep tips, how to eat healthy when going out, how to create balanced satisfying meals, and how nutrition can help you reach your fitness and wellness goals.

How it works:

At the start of the challenge, you’ll receive a mason jar to place on your desk as a daily reminder of your wellness goal. For 5 weeks, you’ll receive a daily lesson and assignments via email filled with enlightening topics, inspiring quotes, and actionable tips that you can apply into your life right away. Use the mason jar as your way to track progress along the way.
